Innovattic signs Paris Proof Commitment

Proud! This week, we officially signed the Paris Proof Commitment of DGBC (Dutch Green Building Council)! This commits us to the ambitious goal of reducing energy consumption in the built environment by two-thirds and reducing the associated CO2 emissions.

Lauwerens Metz: "This is quite a moment, you know! It feels good to tackle such a big global challenge together. Not only do we ensure that our building is Paris Proof in 2035, we also contribute to our clients' Paris Proof buildings. After all, we believe that a sustainable building starts with sustainable behavioural change and so we sit around the table with parties who can really make a positive impact within the built environment. These include building owners, consultants and installers. These parties have influence on the sustainable and circular construction of buildings themselves, but also on making existing buildings more sustainable. Together with these parties, we can use our digital solutions to offer building users insight into how they can contribute to a more sustainable and circular building and ultimately achieve sustainable behavioural change. With the Paris Proof Commitment, we want to get even more organisations around us moving towards sustainability."
